Production & Lead Times
All Inventex Labs products are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. Complex or large-format items (backdrops, multi-panel signage, custom acrylic displays) may require 10–15 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your estimated dispatch date after your order is placed.
Domestic Delivery (Kuwait)
- Standard delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Delivery is available across all Kuwait governorates
- Fragile and large items are packed with protective materials and may require scheduled delivery coordination
GCC & International Shipping
- Standard international shipping rate: 6.100 KWD
- Estimated transit time: 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination
- We ship to GCC countries and select international destinations
- Customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer
Handling Notes for Large & Fragile Items
Large signage, acrylic displays, and event equipment are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. For oversized orders, our team may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window or freight option.
